Transferring orders from our previous site was a very expensive proposition and so we have instead left them active on the old site and will fulfil orders from there instead. Your order is still active and changes can be made manually, all you need to do is contact us and let us know what needs amending.
We now charge a flat rate AUD$15 shipping cost for all parcels within Australia. If you have been the victim of porch pirates, or just want the peace of mind that your parcel won't be left unattended on your property, you can choose our Signature on Delivery option for AUD$18.
If you spend AUD$80 or more in the store, domestic Australian shipping is free.
Yes! If Australia Post ships to your country, so do we. All prices are in AUD. Check your payment provider for currency conversions.
We are now charging by weight, as this is a much more accurate reflection of the true costs for us. Shipping from Australia is unfortunately very expensive. Conversely, shipping to Australia is as well, which is why we are making special editions for local readers. Australians need beautiful books too!

Absolutely! We understand that circumstances change, and that, especially in the event that a book is delayed, you may need to cancel your order for multiple reasons. The only time we are unable to accommodate a cancellation is if a book or bookplate has been personalised to you (this is a very rare option, not a standard inclusion).
Contact us via the form below or via a DM on any of our socials with your order number and the name you ordered under and we'll process your cancellation within 48 hours. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Unless explicitly stated, every parcel we send includes tracking via Australia Post and we send an email out with individual tracking information within 24 hours of shipping. This email is sent to the address supplied by your payment provider, so if you share your Paypal account with a partner, we recommend checking their email as well. We also suggest you check your spam folder if you've ordered a ready-to-ship item and haven't heard from us within 5 business days.
Preorders will ship as soon as practicable after we receive stock from our suppliers. We try to keep publication dates up-to-date on each listing, however sometimes dates change and we don't receive confirmation of the new release date from the publisher.
